Sometimes life moves so fast, we forget to stop and just breathe.
This past weekend, I finally took a day to slow down โ and it ended up being exactly what my soul needed.
My wife and I, along with a couple of close friends, set off on a little adventure around upstate New York. ๐ณ๐โจ
We wandered through breathtaking waterfalls at Buttermilk Falls and Taughannock Falls, soaked up the beautiful spring sunshine, grabbed brunch, made a quick stop at a winery (donโt worry, I was the designated driver ๐), explored the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge, and treated ourselves to some much-needed ice cream. ๐ฆ๐ฆ
There were no big plans, no expectations โ just good food, good friends, nature, laughter, and the kind of joy that fills your heart without even trying. ๐ธ
โMy heart is still so full.
Meanwhile, Dirty Skittles is living her best life down in Georgia! ๐๐ฆ
Sheโs reconnecting with nature, taking care of her mental health, and savoring her own beautiful moments of soul care.
