🎉 New Beginnings, New Avenues for Engagement! 🎉

2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year, and our motto is “Find your joy.” Here’s what’s been happening behind the scenes:

🗓️ A Warm Reunion: On January 18th, we had our first recording session of the year, and it was everything we hoped for! Taking a month off to focus on self-love and self-care gave us the energy to dive back in and connect with you, our amazing listeners. 💕

🎤 Big Personal News: I (G-Rex) officially said goodbye to the corporate world on January 17th to start my own business! This new chapter feels like shedding a heavy X-ray blanket from my shoulders, and I’m finally free to build something meaningful. I’ll announce the details on LinkedIn on January 22nd—stay tuned! 💼✨

🍪 Dirty Skittles is Baking Again! My co-host has rediscovered her love for baking and is finding joy in her kitchen. Seeing her light up with creativity has been so inspiring.

🧠 Mental Health Reminder: I was in a dark place two years ago, but one call to 988 changed my life. As I prepare to open my own business, I’m reminded of how far I’ve come. If you’re struggling, know that help is always available. You are not alone. ❤️
