Reflections on Week 1 of 2025: A Rollercoaster of Emotions 🎢
The start of the year has been full of highs and lows. Here’s what’s been going on:
Big Changes Ahead 🚨: On 1/2/25, I quit my job! 🎉 Don’t worry—it’s all part of the plan. Incredible opportunities have come my way, including podcast sponsorships (we hit 1 million downloads! 🥳) and interest in my nearly finished book. I’m also starting a new venture: Schoser Talent and Wellness Solutions, launching 1/22. It’s a blend of my UKG expertise and mental health advocacy.
On the flip side, the California wildfires have been heartbreaking. Watching communities, animals, and families suffer is overwhelming. I’ve stepped back from social media to manage my own mental health during this challenging time.
As we move into this year, ask yourself:
- Do you have an emergency plan for disasters?
- How do you prioritize mental health during difficult times?
