🗞️ Welcome, Friends!
Hey there, beautiful souls! 💛 We're so grateful to have you with us for another week of updates, insights, and raw conversations. This week, we're excited to share a new episode titled "Pushing Through Pain: Ella's Continued Fight Against Eating Disorders – Part 2," which includes some big podcast news and ways for you to get involved. Let's dive in! 🎧 The new Episode drops Tuesday, 10/29/24, at 3 AM Eastern, so mark your calendars! 📆 You don't want to miss this one.

🌱 Life Can Surprise You in the Most Unexpected Ways

Just a few weeks ago, something surprising happened—a podcast network approached us. 📨 Honestly, we almost brushed them off at first. Why? They mostly focused on sports, and we're all about mental health. But when they reached out again, we thought, why not look closer? 🤔

It turns out they're expanding their reach, so guess what? They see our podcast as a perfect fit for their growth! 🥳 After doing our homework—sending the contract to a lawyer and speaking with a few podcasters on the network—we decided to go for it. Starting November 1st, we'll officially join the Bleav Podcast Network under Cumulus Media. 🎉

What does this mean for you? Not much will change content-wise—we still have full creative control (and yes, the occasional cursing is here to stay). 🙃 The major difference is that we'll be adding some ads to help cover costs and improve the podcast experience. This partnership will also help us reach new audiences who need to hear our shared messages.

A quick heads-up: during the transition, there might be a brief delay in episodes showing up on your feeds, but everything should be sorted by 11/2. Thanks for sticking with us through this exciting new chapter! 🙌

🛒 Our Store Is Open for Ideas!

We're working on fresh designs for our merch store and want your input! Do you have a design idea or a product you'd love to see? Drop us a line—we'd love to bring your ideas to life. 🧢👚✨

🎧 What to Expect in This Episode

This week, we continue Ella's story. In many podcasts, guests only get a moment to share their experiences, but we wanted to do things differently. Ella's journey couldn't be condensed into one Episode; her story is filled with raw, powerful moments that shaped her path to recovery.

We pick up where we left off, diving deeper into the events that brought her to the brink of organ failure and how she found the strength to turn things around. It's not just a story about struggle—resilience, finding light in the darkest places, and the courage to keep fighting.

We hope her experiences inspire anyone facing similar battles. 🧡✨

📝 Introducing Our New Podcast Reflection Worksheet

We're excited to announce a new tool we've designed for our listeners: the Podcast Reflection Worksheet! 🎉📝 This worksheet is about helping you take what you hear in our episodes and turn it into meaningful action. Use it to jot down key takeaways, thoughts, and ideas for applying the lessons from each Episode in your life. Let's turn inspiration into action! 🚀. 🎙️ Meet Our Guest: Ella

Ella is back to continue sharing her story, and we're honored to give her the space to tell it in full. Last week, we left off with a cliffhanger; this week, she takes us deeper into the experiences that brought her to a breaking point.

From navigating postpartum struggles to battling an eating disorder, Ella's story shows the power of vulnerability and the importance of support. Her journey is a reminder that recovery isn't linear, but it's always possible. 💪
