We’re back with another episode that’s close to our hearts and truly inspiring. This week, we’re thrilled to bring you an episode releasing on Tuesday, October 8th at 3 AM Eastern, featuring Amy’s Story of Hope and Resilience.
Amy, a 53-year-old single mom who battles bipolar disorder, ADHD, and anxiety, opens up about her mental health journey and the ways she’s learned to live a fulfilling life despite these challenges. From surviving suicide attempts to raising a daughter on the autism spectrum, Amy’s story is one of unwavering strength, resilience, and hope. Her experience will touch your heart and remind you that, even in the darkest times, light is just around the corner. 🌈
🚨 A Life-Changing Moment at the Airport 🚨
Last week was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. While heading down an escalator at Denver International Airport, an older gentleman behind me suddenly fell. In what seemed like a split second, chaos ensued. His legs hit mine, and I was trapped with nowhere to go—clinging to the railing for dear life. 😔
The escalator was finally stopped, but not before the poor man slid unconscious to the bottom. I was left shaking, still tangled in his legs, unable to believe what had just happened. People rushed to help, but the entire experience left me deeply shaken. This incident is a stark reminder that life can change in an instant.
Please, if you’re ever near an escalator and hear someone shouting for it to stop, act immediately. You could save a life. 🙏
💖 Reuniting with Lifelong Friends & Family 💖
While I was in Colorado for work, I had the absolute joy of reconnecting with some of my dearest friends—people I’ve known for over 50 years! 🌟 Let me tell you, there’s nothing quite like being surrounded by people who know your heart and soul. Our time together was filled with laughter, memories, and a deep sense of gratitude. It’s amazing how, even after all these years, these friendships still lift me up and fill my cup. 💛
Spending time with them reminded me how important it is to stay connected with those who have been there for you through all the ups and downs. I left feeling energized and full of love, and I can’t wait to see them again. ❤️
