📬 Hello to our amazing community,

Happy Monday! As we embrace the holiday season, let’s take a moment to focus on mindfulness, connection, and self-care. Tomorrow, Tuesday, 12/3/24, at 3 AM ET, we’re releasing the first of an inspiring two-part podcast episode series: “Mindfulness Through Jewelry: Jaclyn’s Creative Path to Healing.”

In this week’s Part One, we’ll dive into Jaclyn’s personal journey and her passion for crafting intentional jewelry. Stay tuned for Part Two, airing next week, where we’ll explore the deeper connections between mindfulness, creativity, and emotional growth.

🦃 Last Week: Full Hearts, Full Plates, and Unforgettable Friendsgiving 🥧

Last week wasn’t just about food; it was the reset my heart and soul desperately needed. Thanksgiving was wonderful, but Friendsgiving was the true highlight. Surrounded by amazing friends, we enjoyed incredible meals, shared endless laughter, and had conversations that felt like a warm hug for the soul.

On Friday, we joined friends for a delicious brunch, and I laughed harder than I have in over a month. 💖 Even better, my wife and friends both noticed a positive difference in me. While depression is still part of my life, I’m celebrating small victories—like no panic attacks last week. 🙌

A massive shoutout to Dirty Skittles, my co-host, my rock, and the one who just gets me. Without her, this podcast wouldn’t exist. Her friendship keeps me grounded and inspired every day.

And here’s some BIG NEWS: Our podcast, which is less than two years old, is just 50,000 downloads away from hitting 1 million! 🤩 Based on your incredible engagement, we’re on track to reach this milestone in about 2 ½ weeks. This success is yours as much as it is ours. Your listens, shares, and reviews have made this possible, and we couldn’t be more grateful. 🎉

Here’s to more laughter, connection, and shared milestones ahead! ❤️
